the mortgage company got me! i was hit bad by hurricane irene call mortg they gave me 12 months off to get on my feet,havent heard a word so i checked in from time to time to my personal advisor & bamm! on 1/1512 they foreclosed with no warning!.i had to call & find this out,still have not heard a word :( what do i do? they didnt offer me any president program,didnt advise me to do bankruptcy.i do have all documented.so i got a lawyer,she said call hope! well didnt have a chance i was admitted & i just got home,still no mail or phone messages.anyone have any ideas? i owned this small home for 20 yrs,they have me under water also.....do i go after wachovia? do i bankrupt? i am disabled & my 2 kids help me my other 4 luckly live on their own.iam scared i have a animal refuge & they will put them down ...i need ideas thank ya all

to:t"T-Love" ur child is young get him out of the mold! I kno its easier said then done,cause i am right there with everyone here! I lost my mom then i was married to abusive deadbeat whom i had 6 children with(almost all done growing up) another woman(thank the lord) took him away & left me alone to raise them. then we lost our best friend, my dad :( we have had alot of heartache & for some reason its been very hard to make ends meet.we are losing our home of 19 yrs. my youngest son has been staying in the basement that was full of mold until we scrub'd it out by hand & now he is very sick from sleeping in a bedroom in lower level.so try ur best T-Love & get ur baby & u far away from it.
